Based on the well-proven Colt M4 Platform, the Colt OEM Series provides dealers and customers with a no-compromise way to develop and deliver customized rifles. Completely absent are the handguards, buttstock, trigger guard, magazine, and rear sight. The majority of aftermarket Drop-In style handguards that make use of the original barrel nut and retention ring are compatible with the OEM1. LE6920-OEM2 is also available without the handguard retaining ring and with a low profile gas block.
